Robert has finished building the 2 car garage that goes with the new 5 bedroom
addition we built in Christmas, Florida. It turned out great! The project took about
28 days from start to finish. The roof looks good with architectural shingles that
match the ones on the existing house and room addition. We used vented vinyl soffit
for ventilation and woodgrain PVC coated fascia metal to last a long time. We used
some nice windows and exterior doors with screen doors to match. The big garage
doors meet hurricane codes. Robert hung a ceiling inside and textured and painted
it, and put in a set of pull down stairs. It has an attic space for extra storage. It has a
new driveway and a big parking pad in front of it now, that really makes it look great!

The paint we used on the exterior is an Excellent product we get from the HD home
improvement store. It's made especially for masonry, stucco, brick and block. It's waterproof
and flexible. It's also dirt and mildew resistant, and fills hairline cracks, and comes with a
limited lifetime guarantee.
