Here we changed the front
porch, installed new vinyl
soffit, and siding. We
painted the whole house.
Added new fascia metal
and new gutters and down
spouts. Siding beside the
sliding glass door. Painted
the front door. It really
made a big difference. The
old electric pole was also
removed.

This was the old master
bathroom as Robert started
to tear it apart. We found
dangerous mold behind the
tile and had to remove all of
the drywall, and remove the
mold. Then we installed all
new walls and ceiling, and
textured them with a knock
down finish. Next we installed
my beautiful, relaxing Jacuzzi
tub. Then our tile guy did his
work on the walls and on the
floor we used a non-slippery
tile. The custom closet and
cabinets are being built and
will provide us with stylish
organization. Since this is
our side project, it isn't quite
finished, but it has already
been amazingly transformed.

We framed the foundation for a five bedroom
addition, re-routed the air conditioning to a new
location, and poured concrete for the new air
conditioner pads. Now the plumbing is going in the
ground while the new septic and drain field are
getting started. Next will be the concrete foundation.
