This ceiling used to have a big hole that
was caused by a bad water leak. The
home owners now enjoy their lanai with
the new vinyl woodgrain soffit ceiling.
They will never have to paint it and it wont
get water damaged. The two new ceiling
fans complete the space, that is now
usable. We also painted all these doors
for a great fresh look.

We also do custom painting and faux finishes. Metallics and sanded paints. And Venetian plaster
that looks like marble. Here we textured these ceilings and painted them satin white, the walls a
rose color Behr paint and the trim, high gloss white paint.

| Inside, we painted this bedroom a beautiful green with gloss white trim. We highly recommend it for trim because it is easiest to keep clean. The inside of the exterior doors were also painted with the gloss white, and the living room walls, a very sunny yellow. |
On this house, we used Heartland insulated vinyl siding. It is TOP quality siding. It lays flat on
uneven surfaces ( over old wood siding) and helps cut down energy cost. It looks nice and will
never need to be painted. If you ever thought about what to do with your ugly old wood siding,
this is a great option.

This is the truss system being installed on a room addition. We have these
manufactured by a special engineer per Florida building code. It makes our job perfect
and saves us time. We can put a whole roof on pretty quickly, so we can get on to
finishing the inside.
